The Units allow to inform, sensitize and raise awareness in the most remote areas of the country, working with girls, boys, adolescents, parents, teachers and caregivers in a playful way in 10 Mayan languages, using audiovisual equipment and printed material. From its implementation in 2021 to 2023, the UNIVET reached 264,600 people, of which 160,212 are girls, boys and adolescents. Of the total, 52,911 are women.

Las Unidades permiten informar, sensibilizar y concientizar en las áreas más lejanas del país, a las niñas, niños, adolescentes, padres de familia, maestros y cuidadores, de manera lúdica en 10 idiomas mayas, equipo audiovisual y material impreso. A partir de su implementación en el año 2021 al 2023, las UNIVET han permitido llegar a 264, 600 personas, de los cuales 160,212 son niñas, niños y adolescentes. Del total 52,911 son mujeres.
